The telescopic pole is comfortable to use and doesn’t feel flimsy. Makes reaching the deeper areas much easier.

It works well picking up sand and small debris. However, the leaves took some twisting of the machine to lift the corner to allow the leaves to be sucked up.

I am very happy with this product, I only have one complaint, we have a built in pool and the extension pole is not long enough to reach the bottom of the deep end. So I had to use my pool pole. The bottom of our deep end goes to 7 ft and I would have needed a much longer pole. Thank you

We have a 36x18 Intex pool and this vacuum works amazing ! I had set it on the side of the pool and the bottom dropped out ( user error) and the customer support was top notch! Can’t recommend this product and customer service enough !

I've used it several times and it works as advertised, I do have a robotic vacuum and it works great but it won't pick up dirt and sand like the Enhulk, I Love it, thank you.

It does pick up things but also filters out a white cloud when vacuuming. Basically just dispersing back into pool. I was using the 500 filter. Not impressed.

Thought we ordered the Blue vacuum head - we have creases in our lining and needed more bushes at the bottom

I am amazed at how efficient this little stick vacuum works! Even the tiny particles in the air that settle to the bottom of the pool are easily sucked up into the fine filter. I highly recommend this unit.

It's amazing, so simple and easy to use. No messing with hoses. Picks up everything, and no more wasted water.

For the price, the PC18Pro is excellent! I had a problem with my order and customer service was very prompt in replacing the vacuum. It works very well and is easy to use. It charges up very fast. I definitely recommend this product.
