Wow! I have been adding gallons of chlorine to my pool all summer and have been battling algae. Purchased this and within two days, I could see a big difference. I am not adding chlorine as often and my algae is minimal. Love that it is solar powered. You can see from the picture how much it has worked! All I had to do was clean it with the brush, rinse, and return to the pool.

I bought it as a gift for my father, he used to have one from another brand that stopped working within 6 months. Right after unboxing I already saw some good points on it compared to the previous one, the solar panel is way larger and the copper rod is longer, so I expect it to be more efficient than the previous one. The quality looks good, all pieces are solid and the plastic screw used on the rod has 3 spares. The metal brush is a plus, I have very high expectations on this product! I will update the review after some days of usage, but so far it is a 5 stars for sure!

I decided to give it a shot and bought it here in Amazon. This has been the BEST solution for my pool. It’s worth all the money!!!! I‘m extremely happy to see clear water ??If you have this problem with your pool, buy it and you will definitely see the results. I had an issue with my pool ionizer, and the company was quick to respond. They replaced my unit without any hassle, and the new one is working perfectly. My pool water is crystal clear, and I can already see the difference. Great product and even better customer service they truly stand behind what they sell. WOW! It‘s the secret to rippling blue wave shadows on a pool bottom! Our pool guy, was telling his customers about how great our water looked!We follow the instructions and change/clean the copper anode once a week. Not sure if it cuts down on chlorine tablets but we don‘t care, our water is beyond beautiful.Not only do we recommend but it’s a pool essential.

I was a little hesitant at first, but after testing my water (33,000 gallon pool), it does exactly what it says and will likely save me a ton of $ on chlorine this season. After just a few days of using it, my water tests are already showing an improvement. It’s also easy to set up you just drop it in and let the sun do the rest. I also anticipate that I won't have to scrub or clean biofilm type buildup nearly as much as I used to. Great value for the money and very low maintenance. Highly recommend for anyone looking to keep help their pool clean without a lot of hassle.

I am not sure the science behind how this works but we have not had any issues with our pool being cloudy or any algae since using this product

I have Struggled every year from the end of July til time to close the pool with it getting super cloudy. I would dump tons of chemicals in over the last few weeks. But Missouri didn’t care with our lovely heatwaves. Finally this year said I‘m going to try it. Aug 10th and have used wayyy less chemicals. Pool is crystal clear!!! Should have bought it sooner

The first unit filled with water and stopped working. The company saw my review and sent me a new unit along with a small refund.

Like the product so far, but blue rubber ring keeps coming off of the ionizer. Other than that, no complaints so far. I mean, had to get in the pool to retrieve blue ring.

I have this product for about 2 weeks. It works amazing!! Today I cleaned it and it had taken on water inside of the housing. Will see if in 2 weeks it is still working. I may have to return

I think my is defective have had in pool for 2 weeks and algae is coming in. Copper is still shiny so I'm guessing it's not working. They replaced it no problem will see how this goes but they are very effective at killing algae. Great seller!!

For some unknown reason, the device never performed well. I sent emails to customer service, they asked me to wait because it takes some time for the ionizer to be 100% working. After 3 months, nothing changed, I email CS again, and they decide to replace the device. I hope this time it works as it should be.Meanwhile, I am very happy with the attention Olinda -from CS- put on this issue and how she solved it. I give the device 4 stars (for now), but I give a 10 to CS.

First, I was struggling to keep my pool clear and this worked quickly. The pool was beautiful! We had a rainstorm a couple of weeks after getting it, and I noticed it partially sinking. When I pulled it out of the pool, the top part was full of water. I couldn't find a way to open the top portion so propped it in several different positions hoping the water would drain. After about 2 weeks, I emailed the company and received immediate response. I did need to send a picture (I sent a video with the "sloshing") but to me, that is a reasonable request. They immediately sent me a new product. The service is 5 stars for sure! I will try to pull it before any torrential rain storms. This saved me a lot of money and work on the pool. I love how beautiful my pool looks!!!

Saved so much money this summer by purchasing this pool ionizer. I was skeptical at first but it truly does work. Nothing used in my pool this year but a cup of chlorine a week unless I forget. You do have to clean the ionizer weekly. There has been no algae buildup at all. It gets pretty hot in the Deep South and my water is still crystal clear.

Edit: They were very quick to replace the faulty one, and so far it is working great.This worked for a month. The first month we hardly used any chlorine. When I cleaned it I noticed the green oxidation that was said to be a sign it was working. The next month my pool used all the chlorine quickly. The pool even started to turn green. I took this out to clean it and noticed no oxidation, and this had filled with water.This seemed like a good idea until it filled itself with water and stopped working after the first month.

Worked well initially but it looks like you would have to get a new one every pool season. The build quality is not great as the rubber seal and bumper separates from the unit. Kept the water clear but I will not buy again. It has to last longer than 3 months
